Founded in 1994, OTM Legal Video is a consulting firm producing legal video recordings for attorneys and law professionals in all regions of the U.S. The company  is owned by Torr Pizzillo, a native of Johnstown PA. 
Torr was experienced in audio recording well before he received his Communications  Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. (He has been a musician since age 13) 

Initially, the opportunity to work with independent video producers led him to Harrisburg PA. In early 1993, Torr was approached by an attorney to record expert witness testimony for a large case. He presented the videos at trial, a trial in which his client won an $8 million dollar settlement in York PA.

“My client, who was an attorney for McNees, Wallace & Nurick of Harrisburg, was so happy with my work that I became his "go to" videographer.  I enjoyed everything about the legal video process. With the help of one of the producers I was working with,  we decided to start a company that only produced legal videos. His production company was called On The Mark. So, we jointly started OTM Legal in 1994 specifically to serve those in Harrisburg PA.

OTM Legal is a company that prides itself on its' quick response time and fast video turn-around. Using experienced legal videographers, OTM quickly grew to serving clients throughout the entire region of Central PA.

In 2010, a schedling person shared with Torr an opportunity to produce a legal video recording for a large independent court reporting agency in Los Angeles, CA.  He accepted the job and relocated to LA. For the next 13 years, Torr produced legal videos for various well-known celebrity attorneys such as Tom Girardi, (Erin Brockovich), and Marty Singer, (Johnny Depp, Charlie Sheen, George Clooney, Barbara Streisand).  

OTM Legal Video can cover legal video recordings in all 50 states. Central Pennsylvania remains the company’s predominant place of business.
